Refund Policy
Personalised products
Every portrait is made from your own pet's photo. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or to digital content delivered with your consent. That is why we show you a free preview before you pay.
Digital files
Once the digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned. If the file is damaged, does not open or clearly does not match the preview you approved, write to us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Canvas prints
If your canvas arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email info@petloversart.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
Before production
You can cancel a print order free of charge before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no progress for 30 days, contact us and we will reship or refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
