About us
Pet Lovers Art (www.petloversart.com) creates custom pet portraits. Contact: info@petloversart.com.
The service
You upload a photo of your pet, choose a template and receive a watermarked preview. Portraits are created with the help of artificial intelligence, so results are artistic interpretations and may differ in pose, details or colours from the original photo.
Your photo
You confirm that you own the photo or have the right to use it, and that it does not show people or unlawful content. You keep all rights to your photo; you allow us to process it only to create and deliver your order.
Previews
Previews are free but limited (up to 3 per photo and 10 per visitor per day). Previews carry a watermark and may not be used without purchase.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros at checkout, including any discount. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Delivery
Digital files are sent by email after payment. Canvas prints (archival giclée on canvas) are produced by our print partner and shipped free worldwide; delivery times are estimates.
Use of the portrait
After purchase you may use your portrait for personal purposes (printing, gifts, social media). Commercial resale requires our written permission. If you agreed at checkout, we may show your pet's portrait on our website and social media; you can withdraw this at any time.
Liability
We are not liable for minor artistic differences inherent to AI-assisted artwork, or for delays caused by carriers. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek and EU law. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
